Daniela Garcia-Hernandez joined the Western States Petroleum Association (WSPA) team in 2024 and currently serves as the Manager, California Policy Advocate. Daniela works with WSPA’s members and policy team to advance the organization’s objectives in the CA Legislature. She uses her experience working on energy and environmental issues during her time in the CA State Senate, where she served as a Senate Fellow and Legislative Aide.

Daniela graduated from California State University, Bakersfield with a bachelor’s degree in political science.
